Down 20+ lbs!

I started training with Tyler about 4 months ago and walked in with the attitude of hating the gym, not knowing where to start or even if my goals were attainable. I'll say that within the first month of personal training, my whole attitude turned around and my view on working out and dreading the gym changed completely. One of the great benefits of the personal training for me was that I had a leader to show me the way and to really think for me when it came to mapping out each session. Tyler works with you and not only helps you work towards and achieving your initial goals, but adapts to the new ones you make for yourself as you progress. The training is so dynamic as well as interesting. I feel like I am always doing a circuit or routine that I've never done before and it takes the tediousness out of your workout. The results have been incredible physically, mentally, and even changed my diet to be much healthier than it had been. Over 40lbs GONE!

Logan Bulchie lost over 70 pounds!

I just graduated high school and I knew I wanted/needed to change my life for the better before it was to late to change. I was always a very shy quiet person who really didn't have much confidence and always tried to hide from things. So I decided to make the change that I needed and change my life. 4 months ago I would have never thought I would have lost 69 pounds. It was hard work but I was determined and never gave up. If you want something bad enough you'll do everything you can to make it a reality. I've managed to do that and it's the best decision I have ever done. I have so much more confidence in myself and I'm just overall a happier person. I'm not done with my journey just yet and I can't wait to see what the next couple months have in store!!! Gained lean muscle and lost fat!

I saw great results after only 3 months of continuous training with Tyler. I am overwhelmed. I have lost almost 30 pounds in the past year. I feel a lot more confident, active, happier, and stronger than before. All thanks to Tyler and his continuous motivation. -Sweta

Most of all I feel a lot more confident and empowered moving forward in training and in life in general. I’ve also been sleeping better. It seemed like putting all that effort into training got me to improve my diet too. Felt extra stupid downing a beer and ten cookies after a really good workout.
