Bloomsburg Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT); all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. 

Every workout session is led by a certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in just 30 minutes a day. Each workout is designed to accompany any level of fitness, so it doesn't matter if you're a seasoned exercise pro, or if you've never set foot in a gym. This program will get you the results you've always wanted! 

But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, energetic, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.

So you may be asking "what is the cost of this program?"

It's simple. In order to help more people in the community get healthy, We've made this program extremely affordable so that you can get maximum attention and accountability from a personal trainer with just a fraction of the cost of our one on one training programs.

 

Your first session is FREE and each session thereafter is just $15. Now, if you're serious about getting in the best shape of your life, we have the option to choose UNLIMITED sessions for the extremely low price of just $120 per month. 

We’re selling results. You’re purchasing weight loss, confidence, energy, and the incredible feeling of looking at yourself in the mirror and liking what you see. We need equipment and trainers to get you weight loss but guaranteed fitness results–not just the possibility of results–is why anyone trains with us.

Bloomsburg Boot Camp’s core purpose is to deliver results– membership driven box gyms simply give you access to equipment. That's like saying here is an airplane to get to your destination, but there is no pilot...so good luck! 

 

Since the Bloomsburg Boot Camp program is about delivering results and not just granting access to exercise equipment, the price is naturally higher than your typical Zumba or exercise "class". We provide a structured program to challenge your body each session to help you get amazing results! 

Our Afterburn workouts, while extremely effective, would be impossible without the guidance of a certified trainer leading the group workout session. Our memberships come standard with individualized nutritional consultations, monthly weigh-ins, measurements, and fitness evaluations. Personal attention, accountability and motivation is standard practice and that’s what keeps our clients coming in, workout out, eating right, and getting results.

THE PERSONAL SUPPORT

Intense workouts, total body transformations, accomplishing goals, making changes to one’s lifestyle, these are all emotional events that take place each day within the group fitness community. Our clients are not just burning some extra calories, they are working with us to become entirely new people. This makes it essential to offer the emotional support clients need as they navigate these challenging periods of transition and transformation. That's why after joining our boot camp, you will be added to a private Facebook page which you will be able to interact with other boot campers and share your journey together. In addition, our personal trainers will be providing top notch accountability, nutrition advice, and answering any questions that you may have.

This is why we workout in groups, so clients can form friendships and supportive relationships that encourage progression and continued adherence to our program. When an individual misses a session, seems to be struggling or looks as if they are on the brink of quitting, we’ve got support systems, accountability, and follow up processes in place to encourage, assist, and motivate our clients back into the program.
